Model PL-60 Under Speed Switch
The Model PL-60 Under Speed Switch provides a low cost, reliable and simple means of monitoring the rotational velocity of a shaft or other pieces of rotating equipment at your facility. When the shaft or other piece of rotating equipment slows down past the user defined set-point, the PL-60 sends an alarm output signal to the control system for notification or the motor starter to shut the equipment down. In conjunction with the alarm output the PL60 comes standard with an analog output which allows you to send a linear signal to you control system allowing you to display your real time rotational speed. The PL-60 Under Speed Switch is housed in a heavy duty, weatherproof, hermetically sealed, anti-corrosive die cast aluminum enclosure. It is designed to perform in the harshest environments.
Model BPMS Magnetically Coupled Speed Switch
The Model BPMS-1 Speed Switch is used for accurate sensing of Under Speed, Over Speed and Zero Speed conditions on rotating shafts, pulleys or other rotating equipment within your plant. It has one of the most innovative designs for installation today. It utilizes a magnet for attachment to the rotating shaft. Tapping the pulley and coupling the speed sensor is no longer required. Simply apply the speed sensor to the shaft and a strong magnet holds it in place, wire it up and you are ready to go.
Model DLS Diaphragm Level Switch
The Model DLS Diaphragm Level Switch is designed for level control in bulk solids and powders. It operates by sensing the level through pressure on the diaphragm (face of the unit). Once the controlled material comes in contact with the diaphragm the pressure causes the switch to activate. It utilizes a patented Magnetic Linkage that isolates the electrical compartment from the controlled product, reducing the maintenance and improving sensitivity. Microwave Point Level Detection
The Model BPR61/BPT61 Microwave Point Level Detection System is used for very difficult level detection application on solids and liquids applications. The BPT61 is the transmitter which focuses the microwave signal to the BPR61 receiver. A medium in the path of the beam dampens the signal. This signal damping is detected by the BPR61 receiver and is converted into a contact to be sent to the control system. This Microwave Point Level detection system works very well where other point level detectors may have failed in the past. Applications which have wall build-up, dust and large falling product reek havoc on intrusive or contact type point level detectors. The gain on the Microwave Point Level System can be increased to see through wall buildup and dust. The microwave signal can see through most non-metallic materials like polyethylene, Teflon or glass thereby allowing you to mount the BPT61/BPR61 outside of the application protecting each from large falling material. Microwave Point Level detectors do not require any regulatory approval or license’s like nucleonic devices.

Model SS-3 Pull Cord Switch
The Model SS-3 Pull Cord Switch is a conveyor safety accessory designed to interlock with the conveyor shut down systems in the event of maintenance or an emergency. When force is applied to the cable on either side of the switch the actuator arm rotates and locks in the alarm position. This activates two (2) micro switches and the manual lock out. Once the maintenance is done or the emergency is cleared the switch can be reset by pressing down and releasing the manual reset lever. Model SS-3 Pull Cord Switches are typically mounted on the walkway side of the conveyor or in situations where the conveyor is accessible from the ground. The SS-3 Pull Cord Switch can be ordered in standard and CSA approved versions. The CSA approved version is also approved for Class II, Div. 1 & 2, Groups E, F & G.
Model PS-3 Position Switch (Tripper Position Switch)
The Model PS-3 Position Switch is utilized to monitor the position of heavy moving machinery. The roller actuator arm on the switch is design to make contact with moving machinery and once it is moved from its normal position two micro switches are tripped. These switches can be used to send an alarm to the control system or operator. It notifies the control system or operator that the machinery has hit its limit of travel so steps can be taken to stop the machinery or start the process. It basically operates as a heavy duty limit switch. For example PS-3 switches can be used to notify the control system or operator of the position of a tripper car, gravity take up or stacker conveyor. The are unlimited possibilities to use this switch in your operation. The PS-3 Position Switch can be ordered in standard and CSA approved versions. Model BD-3 Belt Damage DetectorThe model BD-3 Belt Damage Detector switches are conveyor safety accessories designed to interlock with the conveyor shut down systems in the event of a damaged belt. They are mounted in pairs, one on each side of the belt with the cables crossing in the middle. In the event where something is sticking through the belt or a splice has failed it will come in contact with these cables pulling the ball out of the socket at the switch. This will cause the red actuator arm to displace from its normal position tripping both micro switches inside. One switch for shut down and the other for alarm annunciation. This simple system will protect conveyor belts from costly repairs and downtime due to belt damage. The BD-3 Belt Damage Detector can be ordered in standard, CE and CSA approved versions.
